The build
An interior finish-out on an occupied campus, which meant working around a school in session — phasing, separation and access controlled throughout. The work fitted out classrooms behind the glazed elevation, with value engineering applied where the specification allowed. The blue metal fascia and cable balustrade are the exterior elements that read from the street.
