The job ran as a full ground-up package: site development, then shell and core, then the complete interior. Conroe sits on the north side of the Houston metro, and the restaurant was built to the chain's standard sports-bar format — a long bar as the centre of the room, dining either side of it, and the structure left visible overhead.
