The build
Wichita Falls sits well outside the Dallas–Fort Worth belt, which makes the logistics of a national-brand fit-out a different problem — trades and materials travel further. The build covered the full interior to Panera's format: service counter, back-of-house, and a dining room of timber banquettes under pendant lighting.
