The build

A remodel rather than a new fit-out: the existing McKinney restaurant was stripped back and rebuilt around a new dining layout and an open service counter. Targeted upgrades were made where the existing fabric allowed it, and the balance was a full renovation. The centre around it stayed open throughout.
