The build

Highland Park Village is a 1930s landmark centre and one of the oldest shopping centres in the country, which puts real constraints on a tenancy fit-out. The boutique was built inside the existing fabric while the centre traded: backlit shelving for handbags, a stone plinth at the centre of the floor, and lighting set to a luxury brand's specification.
