The build
Two locations under one scope — Frisco and Wylie — each an interior build-out inside an occupied retail centre. Running them together meant one set of details, finishes and joinery drawings across both: the stone feature wall, the custom reception desk and the graphic wall treatment repeat at each site, with value engineering applied once and carried to both.
